I've replied to your bug, you still have 20 hours left on your ban but I will delete that as it should clear when you get out of Fed.
Its because chat bans and fed jail operate on different times, chat bans go by the hour whereas fed updates at new day and when you are fedded you automatically receive a chat ban for the same amount of time. So depending on when you got fedded the chat ban would still have a few hours left.
from what was told to me before is that all other bans stop when you are in fed and start back when you get out. i had a forum ban for 60 days then got 37 day fed ban 30 days into my forum ban, when i came back i still had like 23 days or so left on forum ban and was told by staff that the other bans timers stop while your fedded and pick back up when you get out of fed

1970 what we going back in time now
It's something to do with a computer systems way of measuring instants of time, but they started counting on 1/1/70, in seconds, because anything before that is unimportant I'm guessing as I was born around that time, so some people call time prior to that "Bf (Before fluffy) Time". But it's quite a common thing to see, like if you format something or replace something you'll notice the date is 1/1/70, eg you might not be able to set your computer clock back prior to 1/1/70. I've seen it anyway.
