TV STATIONS

im a new owner of a tv station. im not really happy with the specials that im looking at or the proposed ones. to me they really suck in comparison to an oil company. as one of the most expensive companies to start i think the specials should be much better having a lure to people like the oil companies. tv is show business where stars make money so im proposing a special of job points for cash. i'd also like to see another special of trading job points for an exotic dvd, a feathery hotel coupon or something of that sort. tv station employees should be able to make some good money too. tv companies need to be competive getting and keeping our employees. at present we seem to be kind of stuck between oil and cruise with bad specials. the only real draw seems to be daily cash. i dont think most tv employees give a damn about the specials.

If you are unhappy being the director of tv stations due to the special, just be a director of another company. Problem solved. There is no such thing as a win win situation where you benefit from what you want to do. If oil rigs are better in your opinion, get an oil rig or build one up from scratch.

can you believe it, someone just rated down my post and even hospitalized me. And he or she doesn't even own a tv special. Get a life dude.

R+ hate the proposed specials for such an expensive company to buy and upgrade. I didn't see any oil rig company complain when they was making 300m+ per day and having a special like lowering bank time. I was going to buy an oil rig at the time before they changed it.

its time we had ok specials. I can't imagine anybody changing 100 job specials for company costumer loyalty. Yea people could sell it to the director but how would the director know they've done it and too many scams going on ECT. Ridiculous idea. What incentive has an employee got to join a tv station

This shows that you are ignorant to how the world of torn works. People are in factions for a reason. They have common goals. People from the same factions would just start one tv station and multiple oil rigs. Allocate a number of staff to be designated at boosting a specified oil rig. With the boost in profits, the faction would reimburse them by sending them money. Shows how stupid you were to think logically when you vote people post down for no apparent reason.

I feel trading for a FHC may be a little overpowered, Exoic DVD's would be a good balance to keep the job points required for the trade reasonably low maybe like 30 job points for the trade in?

As Chedburn gave good information that makes it good competition between best and bad company, people who have zero employees who remain at 5 star could get zero plus star?

(Ll star ratings will ask based on weekly income. If your company Makes $ 0 That week, it will actually be zero star. If you make the top 10% weekly income (of Reviews those making more than $ 0), you'll be ten star . Yes, this meansthat companies will move up and down the star ratings based on Tre Archi performance. A 5-star company today feb ask a 2-star company tomorrow if something goes drastically wrong.
