What laptops need!!

When you buy a laptop to use while traveling the use is so limited. They should at least add being able to check market prices in torn from your laptop while traveling. To see which item you can buy while abroad to make the most money. Also checking out companies and fractions while also being able to send in your application. You can buy stocks from your laptop so why can't we at least few items in the items market to help runners bring items back to torn.

Being able to access the casino and playing some poker would be a great way to pass some of the time traveling. You pay a few million for a laptop with the idea that you will be able to do a whole lot while traveling. When really you are just able to check the stock market, mail, newspaper, and form. This is very limited use I think they should make the laptop less limited and some variety while traveling.

There's other ways to check market prices, just ask a friend who isn't traveling to check a few things for you.
And I thought the laptop let you check those things anyways?

I cant check item prices in torn from my laptop. Its such a hastle asking a friend. I think that that would be a really good idea to add to the game.

you would think the laptop would have access to the internet, but it dosent. It should support checking the item market with-out the ability to add items to the market, but hell. even i can sell things on my laptop on ebay. so yeah, no since at all.

There should also be a button you can click so you can keep in touch with your pet oil rig and tell him everything is ok and you will be back from traveling in a couple of hours and everything will be better then.

OT: You can't even add friends or enemies to your lists.. My plan was; Befriend someone, add them to your list, ask them to check prices for you.
But nope, it doesn't work :/

As ffare as I'm aware there is a suggestion thread asking to be able to use the market

Items I think they should add to the laptop:

- Notifications you have new events or emails. I always miss emails when flying

- Ability to play poker. I would love to work on the poker honor more but fly too much. Actually what's the harm in full casino access when flying?

- View faction/company logs. There is a lot of value in those logs and flying would be a great time to sift through them.

I think there should be limits on what you can do while flying, but we do need a little more access on the laptop than we have now. Even if we can't do much, just being able to view things such as faction descriptions, personal stats etc.

Also the small screen you get while flying is so annoying, there should be an option (in torn) to view in an expanded screen.

Get on an irc, you just removed all the hassle of asking a friend.

meh the thing that annoys me is the you cant look at faccy details / faction userlist by clicking on the faction in someones warbase also the faccy search that doesnt ever work bar loading your own faccy warbase on firefox and also just in gen being able to check your own bazaar

They need to make changes were you can check your own bazaar and possibly make changes to the price, but no adding items! Also we should be able to check out items and the prices in markets, but no adding items.
