i was on IRC with my twin and now hes account has been marked for deleteing and was rudely spoken to ,,, how do i send a appeal about this banned ?

You don't appeal on behalf of other people. When "he" logs in he can send messages to Sec staff to ask about / explain, it's called a Fed Report.

in reply to the twin on my account in IRC it was team viewer that shared my screen with him meaning that he was close as he could be ( internet wise) when hes over 200 mils away

This seems like the poorest excuse I've ever heard lol, to be honest if you are telling the truth I'd be very surprised and I'd probably feel sorry for you, but so far this has been nothing but a laugh.

He really loves his multi accounts so much they can't be distant relatives. They must be identical twins of himself.

Personally recommend identical cousins for a more classic Patty Duke style for your multi collection
