many of us like myself were on the final combat course which promised a FREE set of duals after the bachelors. personally i got kicked out of edu, then respo happened and the course was gone..... i was counting on those duals so i could sell em n put it towards a pi, but instead i was cheated out of 500mil much like many other people here, and i'm never gonna stop being butthurt over it. the weapon info still says only a trained professional would dare to use these, yet...... the course is gone....... idc that any1 can use em now without the edu, i just want the dual set i was promised, like many others here. i wasted all that time in edu for a worthless 1% higher hitrate and weapon exp? god.... am i the only one who feels cheated? like maybe i shoulda put that edu time into law instead? well, i would have if i knew i was gonna get shafted.

I did get it. I do feel everyone should have the chance to do that course and get there weapon. Sorry you didn't.
did all the classes leading up to it, and then it was gone..... idk how any1 here could possibly think shafting loads of your playerbase out of a very substantial amount of cash could be a positive game development, but maybe that's why i don't work for torn.
This suggestion is pointless - Ched has said that there will be some way to obtain dual melee weapons again at some point in the future but it wont be via the old mission (Ninja Legacy) as those old missions have been scrapped and will not be returning.
Let's also not get carried away here as you weren't "cheated out of 500 mil" at all - the massive increase in market prices for dual melee weapons is a direct result of the missions being removed and all the cool kids subsequently driving up the market price for duals out of somewhat misplaced fears that no more will be introduced. If the Ninja Legacy mission was still there and new duals were still coming into the system then the market price of duals would have continued to fall (eg. dual hammers were selling for < $100 mil).
p.s. You didn't need to do the combat bachelor to do the Dual Wield course in the past, but in any case that perk is far from "useless".
hammers are the cheapest,i would not have gotten hammers i woulda gotten sammies, and either way screwed for over a 100mil. i did not have any way to get duals from the ninja legacy
All of the prices for dual melee weapons were much cheaper than they are now(eg. Dual Sammy's were going for a bit over $200 mil back in June 2014 which was just before the respo release), so you wouldn't be getting today's prices because they were caused directly by the removal of the Ninja Legacy mission - that's what I was saying there.
That mission is the missing piece of the puzzle and was a requirement to obtain your set of dual melee weapons - with it no longer there it wasn't possible to get duals from the dual wield melee course so the course was removed.
Like I said Ched has said they will come back in some form in the future but it wont be via the Ninja Legacy mission as those old missions have been scrapped, so this is a pointless suggestion.
You'll just have to wait patiently for that to happen at some point in the future.
