Ideally, the quickest way you could do is donate real life cash to the game and clear the debt. (From the top of my head dps are fetching 27m each)
On the other hand, recently there's been a new loan shark that's been released in the game, you could try seeing if you can take out a loan that covers that. (It's capped at 1b dependent on your net-worth, however.)
Otherwise, what i'd advise is to sell everything you have to see where that leaves you.
Next i'd advise joining a sweet shop which bonus allows you to receive energy drinks for ten job points, these you can usually sell for a few million each.
Another suggestion would be to slut for cash(Attack other players and lose for money) though if you've been inactive for a while you'll need that energy for training.

What items do you have? I see a bunch of low value items in your bazaar, but if you have stock benefit items, just sell those in your bazaar? Or are the items you have not worth anywhere near your debt?
