The companies should be able to do IPOs in a parallel stock market. This way people could become shareholders of Company and the director could raise money for updates and marketing.
This system will make torn economy closer of the real one.

With no regulatory body in place to keep an eye on company directors and look after the rights of shareholders this is just not possible.
Even without that imo a company director should work to make the necessary pixels required to purchase, upgrade and run a company before they start one (or buy one).
Companies shouldn't be a crowd funded thing as I think pretty much everyone is in agreement that there are already too many companies in circulation as it is (many of which struggle to get a full roster of employees) without having under-funded directors increasing the number of companies in the system even further.
Just thinking out loud here: hostile takeover.
Too many loopholes
how about ability to buy bonds? Use company sell worth as the limit, if bonds aren't paid back company is auto sold back to torn to give investors back their money. Fixed return per day/week can be proposed and people can invest that way? Protects the investor, alLows directors freedom, no extra money added to game...
