When I click to go to the city it just gives me a blank options screen and can't get anywhere I.E item market
No options when i click on City.

Problems with Safari, links area is initially empty but seem to appear after some waiting / refreshing. edit: screen capture added to image gallery.

Same here iam on ff just blank
Just tested on IE 11 & Chrome V40.0 and it's working for me.
What browser/os are you using?
Have you tried clearing your cache?
Do you have a screenshot?
Is it like this on any other browsers?
Works fine for me on Firefox (36 beta 3) and App2 and Chrome on App3.
Same on my kindle just started doing that with the introduction of the life bar.

I had to clear my cache a little while ago. I am having the same problem on my phone I'm also having a problem with my online friends and enemy's list not dropping down when I click them. The arrow changes direction but nothing drops down. I use Google chrome. I figured it has to do with the updates.
I'm on a kindle fire and I am having the same problem.
I have cleared cache and it's still happening im using safari on my IPad I will try and get a screen shot
I experience this same thing in Chrome on my work computer, but not on my home computer.
For me, opening and closing a chat box made the quick links magically appear.
Still the same after clearing cookies cash the screen is the same as FFVII iam on ipad android it seams to appear when you click back or leave the page.
I will pass this on.
Also can you look in to the city map it only opens half way

Edit: Also on the items page, I cannot use any of my items because the options are all blank.

We have fixed this issue. Probably this changes will be on LIVE on Tuesday.
As of 15:22 on Tuesday on my iPad and Samsung phone it has not changed as of yet but I will keep a lookout
This issue is not fixed and needs more attention as it still won't appear when I click city but pops up if I open or close a chat bar
