trades issue

hi guys ,

for the last few days getting on for a week now , i and others ive spoken to are having severe issues getting trades to load up ?

any chance of looking in to this please ?

sometimes its taking between 10 to 20 seconds to load , others its 504 timeout .

just wondered if at all if there is something that can be tweaked in order to get trades running more smoothly again

I had major issues earlier with 504 error, had to leave it for an hour. Seems okay now, but has been an issue for me.

I always have problems with trades loading... your not alone irons :p

Could you tell us what browser and os you are using please?

chrome and windows 7 bud

do you have high quantities of items?

sorry if i am coming across as stupid but i wernt sure in which context you meant ?
so i will give an answer to cover both possibilities

if you mean in the trades themselves ??

then no not always sometimes its been like 38 flowers , which i dont think will be regarded by anyone as high volume

if you mean in actual items list?

well to begin with no i didnt , but that said , i have started stockpiling up flowers past few days.

if this can cause issues on top then thats easily rectified , i will get a cabinet and transfer high volume items into it.


side note ,

have had a few trades go through okay , then others just as above. no regularity to it what so ever.

but in the whole its just doesnt load at all well , also noticed its far worse when i am going to trades set by other players , its still not great when set by myself , but its noticeably worse when i go to a trade from other players doing a deal with me

hi , thank you for your reply , at the start no i didnt have thousands of items on me and i have at times only had handful of flowers or a dp or some fhc in a trade , i have since started stock piling flowers , but , its neither got worse or better as a result of it.

i dont have the programe to do screen shots , but , i have a friend who does and i will either get one that does it and give it a go ( im not at all tech minded sadly ) or worse case scenario i will take a picture of my monitor with my phone and down load the image send it over to the thread.
