class D:

On class E, I'd recommend doing the strip out and saving the rest of your points.
Until you reach A class, I don't think you should try to develop multiple cars. You should be trying to use as few points as possible. Upgrading 2 vehicles just gives you that many more points you need to spend.
I will have to agree with Baldr. For Class E and D, you can manage without spending points for car upgrade. Do this for example:
1) Get your racing skill up by doing 100 lap runs vs an A class car over night, and keep doing that every night. (Do NOT do this with an upgraded car, because you will lose the upgrade if/when you crash.). You can race a friend/faction buddy, or just make a custom race yourself with 100 laps, Any car can join, max. 2 racers (mroe than 2 racers means the race takes AGES, but you do not get more racing skills imho - at least not worth the extra waiting time). A 100 lap with 2 racers will take 7-10h with a class E car, give or take.
2) Do races by picking the right car for the right track. Cars come cheap, so just buy the 2-3 different ones you need for each class.
3) Do official races day time. You will lose a lot, get 1-3 points on a rare occasion (due to the randomness/luck factor included in races), and build up skills. Losing isn't a problem, because you get skill points anyway.
Getting to class D goes pretty fast (win totally 25 points in official races), but after that you should have some patience. Good luck & welcome to the racing track :D
now i see the points are very usefull in the class A, the people have cars with all the upgrades
also work in a job that give u points...
You want to use as little points as possible in class E and D, and should manage to do them without any upgrades at all.
In fact, you should try to safe as many points as possible as you can, so that you get as close as possible to a fully upgraded car once reaching A class, although this may be rather hard to do.
good to know...now! lol. Just got to class D.Completely upgraded class E car(luckily 1 only)and finished w/ 8 wins, but only 3 points held back, oops. Also, after going up in class, can you no longer race in any of the previous/lower classes?
In official races, you can only race at your class. So now you are in D, and you can only race in D class. You can still choose to race your E class car, but you will be racing against D class people, and normally, against D class cars.
In unofficial races, there are no limits unless the person who sets it up adds them. But you can't gain racing points that way.
