Someone's always pissed about the updates. Everyone was pissed when they changed mug amounts...you must have missed that one.

I love this update. Back when i was running a faction i used to have a lot of new players leave the game when they had a big windfall that was ruined for them because someone with high stats and no conscience decided to mug them afer buying their item.

I had one member revived and serial mugged 11 times when they logged out after paying real $$$ for some DP's and listing them on the market so they could actually get a stake in the game. For many of the people in this thread that say they should expect this kind of thing from playing a crime game i think that your only real issue here is that it's going to make the game harder when you find issues with item market purchases. I think that this is Karma at work though.

why not add a feature that would prevent people that buy from your bazaar to mug you for a X amount of time instead ? kinda like with the new player protection but with a couple of minutes protection instead ?

Naming scammers? Not ok at all.

Naming muggers who are enjoying a 100% legit part of the game? Perfectly fine.

That's bullshit, and everyone involved in this knows it. I'm not a major mugger by any degree, but the way muggers are being treated is getting asinine.

Edit: Before my time, but weren't projects like scammerhunt eventually shut down because of exactly where this thread is going to go?

Yes it did. Scammerhunt was corrupt for a long time and was even proved to be taking payments from individuals to be kept off the list.

I am on this list, and if I am honest I couldn't give a flying f**k. Mouse if you have nothing better to do with your life then you sit here and try and maintain this post, you will get bored and give up and all your time will be wasted.

If someone is stupid enough to add all of their items in one shot they will get stung. This update has been made, not to stamp out buy mugging, but to allow the sellers to learn from their stupidity.

What you mention above is the reason why there was a mugging change in the first place. People can't be serial mugged off 80% of their cash anymore, but merely 2-10%. The new mugging system makes it impossible to 'ruin' someone's finances like that.

Therefore the new friend/black list update is not the one that originally prevented the things happened what you mention.

Do you have any proof,like events?

Some of them did this long back. I will search for some of them like psycabolic, Ra1der, ttyper and some more.
