As this is a real achievement to me. It took me 2 and a half days. But i turned my 23m into about 2.5b that i already wasted. Playing a lot of high and low. Bought a 4200 happy PI. And 800m in the bank :). Great achievement to me.

NICE JOB! I know my first property I was excited about was my ranch. At the time I could not ever imagine owning a PI. Congrats!
