First thread of the new forums asking for super general help with everything about running a company including finding employees.
Welldone for pointing that out CWB.
Now for some actual help for the guy (8months later but hey, let's see if we can give some info).
Answer: Look for new players who are looking for work. See what job they have at the moment and see how many days they have played for. Also check how active they are. When starting off, I'd suggest just hiring any player so you atleast get some income.
You may lose money before you start to make money. Fill your company up first then you can work on tweaking it to make it the best you can make it.
So why necro bump a long dead thread with advice to a player that hasn't played in over 200 days?
