Buy a dual weapon and equip it?

There used to be a mission that when completed you were given a set of duals dependant on your highest stat, that would decide the duals you were given. Nowadays you can buy them from item markets and bazaars etc

Yea I remember the mission I think it was that Samurai mission?

ah I thought it was a education course you had to take now to dual weld

No longer the case :)

Nothing needed to wield them currently. Only obtainable by buying them from market or other people right now though.

Anyways, just to burst the bubble or maybe correct some information. You never needed any education course to wield them, the course was to get your own set and which one you get was dependant on your highest stat at the time of finishing the course.
However there was a mission (Ninja Legacy) accompanying the education course that "said" you need to complete before you can wield them. But the real requirements for wielding them has always been a click of "Equip".

It's a specific weapon that comes like that, you can't duel wield just any weapon
