Im guessing the problem is that the system often doesn't make any sense.
I have been doing tests with Para, despite me having over 100 mill stats than him in 3 out of 4 stats and being 24 mill lower than him in def, I struggle to beat him, in fact he wins 90% of the time, we both have 10/10 on crits, we both use weapons with 100% experience on, we both use sero and I have more passives on every stat than him yet he wins 90% of the time.
It doesn't make sense to either of us. The only area he is ahead of me is that he has 7/10 on weapon mastery upgrades
At least that's what im guessing Pluto is on about, if its not then add my little rant for ched aswell lol

I think weapon mastery could be the key here. He has both accuracy and strength boosted by 2% per upgrade... maybe more?
I have 7/10 on weapon mastery and varying degrees on passives.
On xan I am pretty much 0% across the board.
Currently on a xan OD.

That's only necessary if you actually have enough addiction to cause a stat reduction
at least ur able to do damage i attack people with multiple times and yea nothing even when i get multiple head critical's total damage 0 wtf go back to old attacking system this new one is crap just saying

it needed to be said. there are a lot of nooblets who play this game who cant analyse their combat results.
ie they only train 1 or 2 stats and they dont realise that is why they lose nearly all of their fights. some balance is required.
Yes the attacking system has been changed drastically. Is it fair no? Can you banace your stats in order to win more fights? Yes. So stop whining and get to work.
He is totally balanced across all 4 stats.
That does sound a bit odd, but I would not be surprised to see someone leaning more towards strength and defense win. Defense complements life and strangth complements critical strikes.
What about education, weapon xp and starting life?
Drug addiction related stat reduction? You are under xanax while he is under vicodin?
I've had players that have double my stats lose to me because they hadn't rehabilitated and I was on vicodin while they were on xanax. Happens a lot during war. We are talking MUCH more than +/-100mil here.
Balance helps a lot, too.
