work your way through the system jobs and spend some time in education and law, they will get your intelligence and endurance to wherever you want them, the best way to get them up evenly is to own a 5(+) star company as you get 10x your rating in each every
day

Search through the 4* companies with none to few employees and an active director. They might train you every day (or every other day). I was at a sports company with a good director who trained me and another employee 4 times a day (2 trains each every day).

Things you should be doing to min/max your work stat gain:
  • Figure out what you want your end game job to be and know exactly how much work stats you need to be 90% effective or higher
  • Attaining General Bachelor's Degree as either 1st or 2nd Degree (Other 1st degree should be Sports Science) otherwise completely ignore doing it if you don't plan on getting it early.
  • There are a few 100+int gain courses if you need Intelligence
  • Pay for trains, preferabbly 5 or more a day (1 trainer adds 1 extra train if they meet the req stats)
  • If you pay for trains only join a company that will get rank 6+ (a company that has a weekly income in the top 20-50%) as anything else is pretty much a waste of your time.
  • Director Trains will become significantly easier to get once the new company update hits and you see 6*+ companies of every type
  • Do not waste your time joining an empty company or one that has no income. You'll end up having to move once the update hits.
  • Education Job is slow and should really only be used if you are going to be inactive or worry about rehab
  • Company positions require 2 out of three working stats. Make sure you're not wasting time raising a stat you don't plan on using.
  • Being a Director Nets you at most 100 of each working stat (100 of which is wasted as no job requires all 3 stats aside from Torn City Jobs) You cannot train yourself as a director. All it would take is roughly getting 2 trains a day to beat what a director gets from a running a 10-star company. (much easier)
Personally if I had to do it over again I'd pick Primary Man/Int or Int/Man as once you get those two working stats over 200k each there really no point to having any endurance almost and you can be in nearly any high demand job.

I definitely think investing some effort/time into working stats is worthwhile especially with the new 10-star update.

Good Luck!

You have work stats (through jobs), and you have battle stats (through training in the gym). Job Stats are given daily. Battle stats are what you train with daily in the gym.
