I take pride in the fact I put another multi behind bars, its a fight everyday and the smell of them soiling themselves behind bars is all the reward I need.
My point more being as I don't personally feel we should be rewarded for keeping an eye out for something we should be doing naturally. If we want to better this game we have to take our own incentives to do so.
Im sure everyone agrees with you. Especially the multies. All I am saying is that with incentives, people might be less inclined to stay silent on the matter.
So staff work load is what you are worried about? Rather than removing multies from the game? This is a text based game. Reading is kinda required. Anywho just mugged a multi for 15m. I will report them after i have cleaned them out and take "pride" in knowing they are gone.

There aren't any issues with the current reporting system (well, there may or may not be issues, but in relation to this idea there are not), multis are dealt with as fast as necessarily possible. If you need incentive to report someone breaking rules then you're more of a problem to the game than the multi itself...
A likely result of this situation is, as said above... thousands more false reports... staff would be less vigilant with them (especially after just deleting the same report for the 10th time that hour) which could lead to more multis actually going unnoticed.
