I recently bought a new laptop and since i got it i havent been able to use the chat. i tried to clear cache and did all updates for my new laptop i run chrome but i went to see if it was working on IE and still nothing so im assuing its on my end. Help would be very much appreciated.

not trying to be rude or condescending, but if the issue is on your end, there is not much we can do here. the devs deal with issues that are game related (as in, on our side).
do you have all the software installed (like java, flash, etc)?
have you checked your preferences?
any scripts of any kind?
yes serjtankian I have the same problem on my side it works on my husband and sons laptop but on my new one nothing I have tried everything myself from google crome IE and firefox but still nothing so it has to be a bug and NO I am not running a script lol
yah im not sure what is going on. do you know what windows you have and what brand of laptop you have?
im having the exact same issues with my new laptop on my bfs laptop its fine just not on mine

this is still an issue for me it worked yesterday but now its not??
