Cant reach my faction forum..got redirecting to FORUM

Cant reach my faction forum..got redirecting to FORUM
When I go to my faction link and click the "Forum" button there: http://www.torn.com/factions.php?step=your#faction-forum
it takes me to a page which says "Redirecting to Faction Forum" but then it just takes me to http://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=forums&f=999&b=1&a=14365 which is apparently just the forum index?

Apparently the same thing happens for Company forum, too (I think that was posted in a closed thread).
