To initiate a Mug

Basically this, though even that, once they blacklist you you can no longer get items from there bazaar so your basically limiting people that will sell you stuff. and not really worth it as there are better option on who to mug anyways.

This, its not that hard if someones flying i wont buy off them if someones okay with something worth while i there bazaar if i dont mug them someone else can.

And with a trade, we agreed on a set price and so i choose not to mug them.

people will hate u for it if you buy off bazar and mug them. but i don't see nth wrong with it.

what is worst is when people set you a deal on trade, and then cancel the trade and mug people. I would consider them scammer. and sometimes people will mug after trade deal, it is aslo bad since both of us agree on a trade.
if you mug people, they will hate so it doesn't matter. :|

I never mug and trade. I had a douchebag stalk me when I flew somewhere while selling points. They timed when I would get back from as far as Japan. I would land back in Torn and be mugged literally within 5 seconds. It was serious dedication and really kinda pathetic at the same time.

I put every penny in the stock market while I'm flying now. It usually always sells before I get back anyway. No risk.

About 5 mugs today so far. No/little play money and more importantly no whining mails because i forgot to turn stealth off AGAIN :S

If your points are the lowest on the market they usually sell almost instantly, based on this:

Refresh your profile, notice you leave Torn, check your property, assume travel time.

You're never safe and it doesn't take serious dedication, total of 2 minutes of work and 25e. Get a P.I, use your vault, refresh often. Being mug proof takes serious work and is kinda pathetic.

I've mugged people travelling to Mexico or Canada before when I could be sure the result was worth it. It's a great avenue for muggers and unlike the casino or the points market, there's little competition.

Mugging long distance travellers does sound a little obsessive though.

confession time. That was me. it wasn't really that much of dedication as its pretty easy to time departure and arrival. no hard feelings.

Lol okay, it's not a big deal. I didn't get mugged for too much, I just got weirded out by the obsession and conniving.. It wasn't just once though and it wasn't just you. I wasn't immediately in and out of Japan either so they must've sat there for a while refreshing until I left..

The stock market routine seems to work for me though

My bazaar is usually closed... and it's ONLY open if i'm online and roaming, and if my bazaar has items totaling more than only a few million, then it's only open if i'm traveling

I have never bought/mugged. The only people I've ever mugged appeared to be inactive or power leveling.
