So as we all know, sweetshop was updated and nerfed. When will sweetshops be able to become 6-10 stars? Has it been implemented and the companies just aren't good enough to become a higher rating then 5 yet?

So as we all know, sweetshop was updated and nerfed. When will sweetshops be able to become 6-10 stars? Has it been implemented and the companies just aren't good enough to become a higher rating then 5 yet?
the rank changes occur on sundays. My guess would be that most successful and oldest 5* sweet shops will rank up that day. Ranks changes happen one rank at a time, so we won't see a 7* sweet Shop this week.
Is there any way for company owners to see if they will rank up?
Not any certain way. I would follow, companies which are better then mine, and watch when and in what condition they rank up. If my weekly profit is close to their than I am most likely very close to ranking up.

It's possible that companies have reached the required exp to rank up past 5 stars by now, but I guess we'll see sunday.

Alright, thank you. So does that mean come this sunday, some places will jump to 10 stars? or does it still have to go 1 star at a time
you can go up or down one position per week. e.g. if you are rank 5 and you have reached the required exp to rank up next week you will be rank 6
I'd like to see how many sweet shops will downgrade this week. As I write this post there are 377 5* sweet shops out of which 291 are with non-zero income.

....It would have been fine I think...but just saw someone advertising 400k wages in trade, so I'd we all fecked
that guy mailed all people from my company with that message (inclusive me)
I think the next few weeks will be rough..hopefully will settle down though, it kinda evens out can/points wise if you can get 7*. It's just a shame that people will max advertising and run at a fecking completly stupid loss to get the stars up. I've never charged a can fee.....those that send cans get more trains.....I'm happy with my 1 ish mill a day profit and my can points.

Out of 377 5* sweet shops, 223 have been upgraded to 6*.
55 are still 5*.
99 have been downgraded. Most of them were 0 income. I see 13 non-zero income 5* sweet shops were downgraded.
Should see some sevens next week.

As and owner of sweetshop I am terribly disagreed with the new update for the sweet shop company and I just wonder how is my company stuck at 5 * even some are at 6 * but obviously their income and popularity is lower than me.

It depends on when your company reached 5*. It is possible that you don't have enough experience (total income?) for the 6*.
For example: If company A is 5* for 100 days and earning 200k per day it means they have earned total 20M as 5*
and if company B is 5* for 10 days and earning 500k per day it means that they have earned only 5M as 5*.
So, company A is more likely to be upgraded to 6* than company B.
I hope you got the point and don't worry your company will be 6* soon.
Please note all the numbers are arbitrary.
