Everytime I initiate a trade sometimes it is working good but MOST of the time it IS not! theres a countdown from 50sec. is it normal or there was something wrong?

Everytime I initiate a trade sometimes it is working good but MOST of the time it IS not! theres a countdown from 50sec. is it normal or there was something wrong?
There is a timeout for the trade, roughly around 5 hours...have you been keeping the trade on for a very long time?
Please add items/money to the trade and wait for the other person to accept it.

myself and the person im trading with both have the same text... and no accept button!
update: we both added either an extra dollar and/or item... trade finally accepted
Currently there's a glitch making the counter gets stuck at 0, or long timer, etc.. It has been reported.
You can right click that button and open in another tab and finish the trade as a work around for now, while it gets fixed.
Nope, just when the time I initiate a trade. We, with my trademate accept it ASAP.
