Is your real life spouse jealous when you play Torn?
Can you be together in the same home, for hours at a time, and not even speak or interact together?
But as soon as you sit down at your computer to play Torn your spouse is suddenly by your side, looking over your shoulder, and making some sort of irrelevant demand of you?
I once logged in while changing tv shows on netflix, she wasn't pleased. She couldn't understand why I couldn't have waited till later, apparently needing to train and do crimes so I don't miss out on energy and nerve makes me an addict or something.

Why can't they understand that when my alarm goes off during dinner to tell me I landed in Switzerland I need to stop everything for 3 minutes to rehab and fly back? Camping in Swiss is a guaranteed mug if you don't make a quick turn around.
Dont have a spouse but when I play poker I carry my laptop around so i dont time out flatmates dont understand why its a big deal if i timeout and get mugged for like 50 mil lol...
