Not against the rules, but it is a dick move.

Doing that might cause the person you're buying from, and perhaps others too, to add you to their blacklist and block trades too... so whilst you gain a little in the short term you might find your trading options limited in the future.

This would prevent you ever buying from their bazaar for as long as you're on their blacklist and they have trades for blacklisted players disabled.

Totally legal, but you will be hated for it

Also works better if you're a member of MnC because everyone will already expect it of you =)
