Hello i've just come back from awhile of not playing. Im level 10 and have 1.2 mil Im not sure if thats a lot on this game but can anyone guide me on what to do and where to buy stuff ect also how do you see your crime level.

Use 1 million and buy yourself a decent house. You'll figure out the rest in due time.
You should do some education courses, maybe get a job in the hospital so you can get the revive add-on and advertise to revive for money.
