Paying 20k for every time someone bounties an inactive level 1, so that i can get the merits for bounties.
Must be inactive, wouldn't want to ruin the experience of someone new.

Why would you be paying somebody else to put bounties on level 1s that's cheap as f**k you should be able to do that yourself and you won't gain any merits if somebody else is placing the bounties...newb -.-
I think what he's trying to say or do is hit the players (level 1) inactive we bounty to collect the merit but not sure.
You can bounty and collect yourself.
