Im wondering if u will get ur old rank back when u get the job back like u have highest rank in army. u leave and come back will u still have it

yes.
If you don't spend all your job points they will be there too (you can't take Army points to a company or to say the Education career but any Army job points you leave will be there when you return to the Army, it's the same for all Ranks and Points in all companies and careers).
