Whats new?
Nothing much...
Just;
RESPO a totally new visual layout,
New casinos,
City map,
Attacking 2.0
Companies 2.0
Blood Bags
New forums
Racing 2.0
ect
All off the top of my head, there's much more.
So yeah, not much at all... ;)
You should read the announcements page to see all the progress Torn has made and check out all the new page layouts ect. So much has changed visually and game mechanics it'll take a while to read up on everything and get used to it again.
Few things I need to ask about..
Companies are now up to 10*?! What's that all about?
Whats a body bag?
I seen someone mention a RESPO hoodies, obviously you're a moderator but so should have your whits about you ;)
Also is IRC still a thing?
Yeah, check the most recent announcement, it'll show you all the new company specials which are out to fit in with 7* and 10* companies.
No body bags on Torn... yet ;) Blood bags are another medical item, you need to take Intravenous Therapy which is a biology course to be able to use them. Basically you buy a blood bag, fill it taking a percentage of your life then it can be used as a medical item to restore your life... they're great when warring or in factions.
RESPO hoodies were given to staff and committee members for helping beta test RESPO prior to it's release (to big myself up I was second under Ched in bug reporting testing it :p)
IRC not so much anymore to be honest, there's still a number of giveaway channels but it's died down, there are still players who use it though!
