Do you lose the refills after completing georges missions?
Also, I'm currently on the Exploring the City #3 part of the missions... so if I visit the selected places do I lose them all or is there something after it?

you dont lose your refill after starter mission. Dont know about the 3rd part of the mission tho.
As far as I'm aware, there's no clear cause for losing refills. I used to have them for almost 3 months, but suddenly disappeared after posting about it. I suspect ched is spying on us.
Anyway, you should use it as soon as possible.
