Hank's Power Leveling Guide to Level 75

This guide is targeted mainly at players between Level 40-65 who want to gain levels quickly, you can get up to level 75 fairly quickly if that was your goal. Its very much a work in progress, but it will have multiple benefits to players who use it such as;

1. You may be able to increase your highest level beaten which may on paper make you look stronger than what you are.
2. Enable you to level quicker by attacking high levels with low stats which are lower than your own. This will provide you with extra life and merits.

Remember though, if you level up too quickly you and have low stats you might find yourself added to the list!

The formatting needs some work, and i'm still chasing up stat spies and additional targets. At this stage no target with over 1 billion stats will be included.

REMEMBER for maximum experience gain always leave them after you land the finishing blow!

If you have additional high level weak targets please let me know. Minimum level is 60 for this list.

I'd also like to thank Jamesbond for helping me get started on this project again. Its been in the pipeline for a while, but he helped me gather a quantity of suitable targets to add to the few I had already collected.

lol so many people have bad stats in this game i thought i had bad stats but im double the highest player there and im balanced :P

There's another benefit of power leveling: Easier busting at higher level :)

Mix of old and new spies

Im always encountering lots of high level nooblets who have really tiny stats. Well i steam roller them very easily with my 1.5 billion and i beat them with ease.

They are literally everywhere. I found 4 more level 70 +s just today and they arent on your list.

I just think there are a few hundred stat junkies who chomp xanax and rehab 24/7 and everybody else has terrible stats :P

Hi, Is there any guide for people who r lvl 15 and want to lvl up?

If you can't beat the lowest stat player on this list you should focus on training not leveling. There are others in hanks power leveling guide to 15 that are higher but I'd really suggest against power leveling. Life does no good if you can't hit the other person.

If your battle stats rank is lower then your level rank in the Hall of Fame. Don't level up.
