If you throw a flash bang in an attack though it will MASSIVELY reduce an enemy's speed, therefore massively lowering their chance of hitting you and increasing your chance of running.
Granted though for a new level 2 player like yourself... you're probably not going to succeed either way... but it will at least improve your odds, there is ALWAYS a chance of succeeding/failing a run, regardless of your stats, but that chance in your case will be very small.

Thanks! Hopefully I won't have to be this underhanded in any fights but it's always good to have a plan z.
Is there any place where I can see the effects of all temporary weapons? Thanks
