Because we are only able to see 3 bazaars at a time when buying an item, they should remove all bazaars that will refuse to sell to you or that have the same IP. If three of these bazaars show up for the same item, you pretty much can't buy that item anymore until someone else buys from them. It may not even be the person's fault that they are blocked (i.e. An easy mug victim on everyone's hit list or a falsely flagged multi)
If you can't buy anything anyway, why even have it listed?
Edit: If you know me, you know I don't mug and buy. I am usually blocked because I'm a mug target on muggers' blacklists.

I agree it does suck if you can't buy from all 3, does this happen to you or are you using it as an extreme case?
However, I think it's meant to be that way to show you the cheapest so you can see what you're missing out on because you mugged the owner or he simply doesn't like you and has blacklisted you to sort of punish you for being there.
Sounds like a "you" problem. Simple solution, Don't be a dick or a buy mugger to get yourself blocked.

Assuming he is a buy mugger, I personally dislike all types of muggers, I don't like people who take from other players but I have no issue with taking from other things but I have to agree, if it's blocked, it should not even show up, although I disagree with the IP system because if you wanted to, it would be easy to get around if you knew how.
Actually, I'm not a mugger and have a long list of traders who will vouch for me. often I find that I'm blacklisted by level 75+ because I buy and sell in bulk and am an easy prey on the points market. thank you for assuming the worst.
At least as far as I'm concerned Merlingoth has been a great trader to me and never had any problems being mugged by him even with large money trades.
The only thing I can think of to add to this is that there is a benefit to it in a way. I have gotten many people to unblacklist me just by finding out I was blacklisted by them from the bazaar block. Half the time they dont even know why they blacklisted me in the first place. So it serves as a nice check on who your enemies are and most of the time if you message them about it they will remove you, especially when they come to learn how much business one person can bring them. Other then that though I do agree that it hinders ones ability to buy, or even gage the market, when you can only see a couple bazaars and have to work through those to see whats next.

The thing is, the IP system cannot detect it, so you'd never actually get caught unless you waved it in an admin's face.

Yeah, you're on my list but I keep exchanges enabled. I'm pretty sure you bought and mugged a while back hence the blacklist.
