I'm not sure how to do this but i want a template made for me using GIMP and i will pay whoever does this for me $30m. I want an image that has a picture, table and another table like format. Ive made a rough template of what i want but i want whoever does this to add a 3D looking, neon blue background + i want every word in the tables you make as a different layer because i want to change them up time to time and i want watermarks as well. like i said im not really sure how this work so if anyone who is very good with GIMP please pm me and we will talk and il show you my templates and we will talk more detailed about the image.

Yeah I understand that now but I do and if i cannot edit the layers and template then there is no point me paying for one.
If you want $40m for something that doesnt require the most skill ever then you can download GIMP if not okay.
Y dont u just download photoshp??? Its common and rich with features...
What version is best, totally free to download without getting viruses and which is the best place to download it from?
