No you're correct, there is no xtasy anywhere. There's plenty of ecstasy though.

Took me a while as my senses were working over time, but I found some XTC here...

IRL they are hard to find as well.
This happens with flowers and all sorts of stuff, there's limited supplies and from time to time they are "sold out" and you need to wait until they're restocked. Moved to questions.
