GOOD DAY PEOPLE OF TORN!



I just would like to know more options and other suggestions to my concern.



What's happening is, I am playing Torn with few co-work mates and we are playing in our work place (in our office). One of my workmates just got started and I was trying to share some money to him to start off. We know it's quite hard to start in Torn.



However, I got this message saying that:

" SAME IP FOUND!! We cannot complete this request because one of your IP's are too close to the person you are trying to interact with. This is a warning message to prevent you from being banned. Using more than one TC account to better yourself is against the rules. Doing this or committing acts which may look like you're doing this, may result in a federal jailing"



I got a response from our good admin "ICEBLUEFIRE" who responds very fast. LIGHTNING FAST! It saved us from trying it or being banned.



So do you have any suggestions? Anything that can help us? We're working 5 days a week, so we're logging in the same place a lot of times compare to our PC or Phones.

A middle man will get all of the accounts involved, banned. If you want the ability to send items to your friends, you'll have to stop logging in from the same IP (don't connect to your work network at work, and only use your phone?). That's about the only way you'll be able to send items and such to your friends.

Thank you very much guys! It's actually not that good to have a middle man. I've been scammed a lot of times before too. Alright then.

Middle manning is against the rules as mentioned above, being scammed is irrelevant in this really.

As mentioned if you all play on the same IP at work then you will not be able to interact other than mail each other, marry, join the same faction or company... if you're found transferring items, money ect via those then it will result in punishment.

The only thing you can do is stop playing on the same IP and wait up to 90 days for the IP block to remove itself.
If you wish to continue playing at work on the same IP then unfortunately you'll just not be able to help each other.

My advice is to avoid any in game contact with them. IE: don't trade with them, marry them or be in the same faction as them.

Instead if you want to help direct them to the Tutorials forum and to www.bornfighting.net for guidance.
