Are there going to be any new education courses introduced ? I've got 10/10 merits on education reduction and am wondering if it's worth spending 750 points to reset. If new courses are to be introduced I don't want to waste points resetting.

I'd reset! They're working on so much other stuff it wouldn't be any time soon! If at all!
I reset, totally worth it, even with that new blood bag course they introduced, it's highly unlikely they'll be adding a load of new courses. Maybe just one or two here and there. Put them merits to work somewhere else.
