Because your director isn't paying you a daily wage?
I thought they were automatic pays.
they are, if the director sets a payment. you have to talk to your director first and get them to pay you.
Depends on what company, a lot companies like Sweet Shops will take company specials (Cans) as payments to the workers. Depends on you if you that is enough. Some company with higher requirement for work stats does pays workers quite nicely, you just have to compare around just like when you find job in real world =)
