hey guys, i wanted to upload a comic to the newspaper and everytime they said it's the wrong dimension. I used windows paint to change the dimension but i get the same response from torn. What should i do?

Are you actually changing the dimension size of the image frame or the image itself with plenty of blank space left behind?
The size of that most recent "comic" in your images is 1432x760px....
So it's clearly not been re-sized properly :|
Even so... it's not your artwork so would get rejected anyway.
How do you know what size it is if you've used paint
You can set dimensions in paint
His won't get accepted anyway comics created with help of online comic creators are not accepted
Clearly your settings didn't stick if you actually resized it.
Your image dimensions are 1432 x 760 pixels which is far too big.
