Mobile Setting

You can turn on/off images (text will replace images if necessary) and enable/disable features from the sidebar. If you get attacked or fail a crime, you still go to the hospital/jail.

The point is no images will be much faster and cleaner for cell phone users. The code for creating the setting (not fixing individual pages) would be quick. Individual pages would be on a per case basis- like attack.php they *might* be able to get the name of the equipped primary, secondary, melee, temporary (if equipped) to turn into text. Obviously some pages (casino) may not be time effective to do unless the page is wrote in a way that it wouldn't be difficult. Attack.php will be done in a half hour (if smooth) or could take an upward of hours.
