Hello! I've never work for a company before. Just starter jobs. Do I have to be very active to be a company employee? I log in everyday but cannot be very active, so, just wondering. Thanks

Well most top tier companies would like you to be active once a day since that would generate most profits however companies that are used for specials are generally full of inactives.
Smaller companies also have inactives you just have to find a director who didn't care if your active.
Generally, the higher the stat cap on your job, the more important it is to be active in that job field. It is also somewhat relative to how your stats compare to the cap, if you're double the cap then being active isn't super important, but if you're below the cap then it is important to be as active as possible.
If at all possible, logging in once a day is best in any circumstance. You don't have to do anything, log in, hit the landing page, and log out.
