That figure wasn't included in Ched's announcement, so I'd go with no
This. Maybe if you own the faction, the upgrades cost of the faction might contribute, but any member can donate items and money to the faction so it shouldn't just count as the leaders networth.

how about company bank?
Ched's announcement did include the company holdings also. So, i think... money in company bank will also count for the OWNER of the company. :D
its not quite specific : - Money on hand, in your bank, vaults, Cayman account, trades, poker games, checks, etc.
