So I was trying to take a contract but after shooting a guy multiple times with only a crowbar he not only took zero damage and struck me down with one strike. Don't have screenshot but this is the transcript.

It's because he has high defence and high strength. He probably only train strength and defence that's why you only got hit once which was powerful. If he's speed was increased then he would probably hit you multiple times. And his dexterity was low that's why you was able to make contact.
