Hi,

I was so happy when my company received first star. From that time we managed to increase income and number of customers twice. So I was hoping we should get second star soon, but instead of that we lost our star.

So my question is on what depend getting and loosing of stars?

These three ratings on top didn't drop. I just lost star. But nevermind i get it back yesterday. And thanks for guide.
