Finding items trick

OMG, I've been expecting an event to tell me I found something. I didn't realize I had to actually find the item on the map.. Thank you!

How often are things "lost" in the city to be found?

if they appear on the map,then they don't disappear till you collect it.

Items appear randomly, but clicking city helps generate items, just don't click city 100 times in a row lol. I don't think ched would like that ;)

its a system of how active you are and where you click on the links and stuff. The best way to do it technically is every hour, the first 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes of the hour, to click on city, and click on every link that there is (for example, travel agency, gym, museum, ect) but the links, not where you see the map of the place.

How many item can i get from the city map?

idk it depends, i heard of people getting around 10 items, but it all depends

I have found 30+ items...most valuable being about2mill. Haven't found Anything since the New update tho...kinda irritating

yah, taking drugs like lsd or something make the items more visible and pop out more when u are looking through the map

Can I just say, after taking L.S.D that this little trick is very helpful. I just been finding stuff almost every time I drop one, then use the blue screen of finding.

This is something that has already been discovered a long time ago by other players...the highlight the screen technique...but there's a script that'll tell you when an item's been dropped on the city map. That's much more useful than wasting time looking through the map...it's in the forums here.
