I'm not sure I can answer this question for you. You know more about your company than I do - to be able to tell what's going wrong. There are hundreds of variables - running a company is meant to be challenging.

my addition may be wrong but i just totaled up employees worth. i came up with 64,843,500. that doesnt include 3 unknowns that i cant see. i have all the stocks and high advertising. it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that something is wrong beyond my control. how the hell can i make less than my employees are producing???
from watching it go for a long time steadily over 110m a day to 64m in less than a week is strange and there has been no changes other than a couple of employees in the company that i have seen made by the director (op) i feel there is an error somewhere as others have also reported or that you have nerfed tv networks and dont want to inform the comunity of it
JamesBond007 [205610] Maybe you should remove the inactive employees like Romes [156394],Last action:7 days ago. You might be having the same problem as I had which is a lot of people where inactive for like 1 or 2 days, it fine if like 1 or 2 people do it but when I had 5-6 it did make a differents.
I also notice on yours one of your member position set is below the stats they had, so are you setting them in postions where they are not good enough. That make a different too.
If you have replaced employees it takes 3 days before they become fully efficient.
Other thing is if other tv companies become more efficient you will see a drop in profits. Drugs usage, rehab will make a different too.
How much are you paying for advertising? Advertising only gives a fixed bonus to a specific number of top paying companies in intervals for each 'position' they are at in the list of top paying advertisers. It's possible that with the new race for star ratings there are newcomers to the advertising 'contest' there, some paying more than before or others paying when before they weren't bothering, thus resulting in your effective advertising being reduced or made insignificant because you've fallen lower in your positioning or just dropped off the end all together therefore resulting in your profits dropping despite no changes being made on your end.
or y'know... maybe netflix is taking your TV watchers away...
romes is doing just fine. he is at 4 stars and still making profit. no i wont remove him. he is on holiday. the only one below requirements for primary is my cleaner and company is 100% clean. it might take 3 days to become fully efficient but they dont get that much better. my employees and i are all aware of drug useage and rehab. can you explain why a company goes from 127 mil to not making what the employees show what they are making in a day???
JamesBond007 Well the only thing I can think of is, whether the information given by the secretary is accurate or not. Considerating the fact I don't and a lot of TV companies don't use that postion. It hard to test whether the information is correct or not.
