So Ive read that there are some wonders about what affects Drivers skill most..

So Ive came up with a theory.
We know that either distance or time affects the Driver skill right.

So for somebody who wants to upgrade his driver skills as fast as possible, one needs to race as much time as possible and within this time, cover as much distance as possible.

During the day this implies that one can be rather active and choose a track every hour. Thus the fastest track (distance/time) gives the most distance driven per hour raced. The track belonging with this strategy is Speedway. (900m track in 30 sec)

However for those who want to race over night, speedway is a very short circuit and very fast. So for over night one will prefer a long circruit that is also a fast circuit (So the race ends when they wake up). The track belonging with this strategy is Docks. (3.810 m in 180 sec)

So without knowing which influences driver skill most, one can still gain the maximum as one covers both the maximum distance and time as much as he/she can with this strategy.

Fallowing this theory wouldn't it be good to join or make a custom race with the most laps as possible on docks to farm the most skill?
Also how much does skill affect how much better you do in a race?

Actually the longest track is parkland. Not docks. Not sure about distance. But driving time it is. I think titan made a post that showed the driver skill gained for each track a while back.

Docks is listed as 3.81m. Parkland is listed as 3.43m. So Docks is a little longer. And based on my A class times and on the A class record times, Dock's takes a little bit longer per lap.

So the majority of the time, when I race 100 laps for driver skill, I use docks.

You could easily get longer times by driving a sub-optimal car. A non upgraded e class car, for instance. I'm not convinced that longer times help, so much as the distance. It simply doesn't make sense to me that driving slower on the same track would give you more racing skill.
