It takes an hour to start a race and it is long filled up before the hour runs out, at least in class C. I would like to post in suggestions about reducing the amount of time it takes for a race to start, but things can get a little vicious in Suggestions so I thought I'd try the idea out here first, considering my limited experience. This would only apply to Official Events.

I agree, once race is full it should start.
Then on the other side of the argument you have all the racers that have gone through before us that had to wait the hour for their races. (it would be a little unfair)
Class A is a bit different, sometimes races fill in two minutes sometimes they don't fill at all. For lower classes I agree 100% for class A at least 5 mins should be given to change your car out.
As long as there was a countdown (perhaps an 30-60 minutes from the end of your last race) before you can enter another one I wouldn't have an issue with it wrt spam racers constantly filling up organised races and more casual racers hardly getting a look in.
Edit: @OP - you've missed the boat by a long way on this as it has been suggested many, many times already by impatient newbie racers who want to move through the classes quicker than everyone else who has come before them did.
