Change Faction Newsletter (Wait for Ched reply)

I thing there should some changes on faction newsletters:

1-Leaders should be allowed to create groups of members, so they can send newsletters to especific groups, and not to everyone, as default

OR / AND

2-Leaders should be able to select if they want to send a Newsletter to all faction, or select the members to send to.

Sometimes, for example for OCs, we may want to send a communication to specific OC members, and not to every faction, and that could be usefull to avoid sending to all faction or keep sending the same mail to each member we want.

R+ I agree, some factions as well have small groups of Leadership. This would be great in terms of getting the message out to those members without having to send it all one at a time via mail. Would be nice to incoorperate this into a normal mailing feature.

I.e. create groups to add people into to make mailing those groups of people easier. Like a flower runner mailing his list of items to multiple potentional buyers and such.

Yes, this could be usefull for a variety of things.

Will allow a much better faction communication system and probably could be extended to personal mail system too.
