i am trying to help my friend which one generation with me who has this issue,
my friend register to torn but can not use the refill on his account, the error seems on his profile medal too/ tag? which does not shown on his name
https://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=1957165 only link with his name appear, then he create new one here https://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=1957166 and the error still stay and still no refill on both. the name tag is error too. then he create new one here https://www.torn.com/profiles.php?XID=1957792 and its work normal, so when i see the older two account of him he is banned so i will make clarification of him that those two account is error or bug.

don't get me wrong i am one of his friend who play torn on this cybercafe
