Then why not just make a faction-forum thread? ;)

Because some newsletters are to be read "on-time", for example when factions are in a war and leaders need to communicate and wait for replies from everyone.

Because everyone can access that, I might just want to bitch about you in confidence. :p

There's also a "Group Emails and Reply All" suggestion out there, but seems to me that this would be easier to implement and solve most of the mass-message problem. R+ all the way, thanks!

Also re: "why not use forums". Unfortunately some people are too lazy to go to the forums regularly and sort through what's new and old. A mail in your Inbox always get read though, and would trigger CityWatch for offline peeps.
